The Sims games are simulation games that allow networking and are published by EA Games. EA Games also created NHL Hockey, Cricket 07, and NBA Live 2001. The Helicopter game (published by SeeThru.co.uk) and Lunar Lander (published by Plug-In Media), are arcade games. SeeThru.co.uk created Ant Arena, Incriminati, and Simon Says, Simon Forgot, and Plug-In Media also created Lunar Lander 3D, Pong 3D, and Extreme Pamplona . Call of Duty is a shooting game and allows for networking, it is published by Activision. Activision has also created Doom 3, Quake, and Wolfenstein.

Console
Mario Kart, published by Nintendo, is a racing game. Super Mario is also published my Nintendo. Nintendo has also published Cars Race-O-Rama, Oscar in Toyland, and Sideswiped. Super Mario and Little Big Planet are platform games.Little Big Planet is published by Sony Europe, Sony has also published Sly Cooper, Ape Escape, and Lemmings. Little Big Planet allows for networking. Guitar Hero is rhythm/music and is published by Activision. Activision also published DJ Hero, Guitar Hero 80s, and Guitar Hero Smash Hits. NCAA Football 2010 is a sports game published by EA Sports. EA Sports published Fifa Soccer 10, NBA Live 10, and Grand Slam tennis. The newest generation of consoles all allow for networking, however not all games come with online options.

Mobile
Sudoku and Bejeweled are puzzle games, and are published Astroware Limited. Astroware Limited also created Alchemy, Atomica, and Big Box Blox. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2010 is a sports game published by EA Sports. EA Sports has created Madden NFL 10, Fifa 09, and NBA Street. Mobile devices allow tilting during game play and it is easier to take around with you, which makes this platform unique form the other two.
